Art that sings? You betcha!

Something I noticed as I performed for audiences over the years was the way people smiled as they listened to my songs.

Happiness was in the air. Real, positive emotions were flying around like  hummingbirds.

And I thought: I’m doing to create a way to bring those smiles to folks wherever they are. At any time. As a gift to self. Or someone special.

You know how good songs mix the happy with the bittersweet? Well, Smile Songs was art with a serious purpose, too. Because another thing I heard from folks at my shows it that finding the words to say, “I adore you! Here’s why!” can be tricky. Or scary.

That kind of “missing smile factor” was leading to a lot of needless sadness.
